PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
In the past, Babette has had a variety of professional experiences. She managed a territory comprised of 22 Service Stations including financial performance for Gulf Oil. She also evaluated commercial properties for a Philadelphia law firm for investment opportunities and restored historic buildings in Philadelphia as tax shelters. As Vice President of Sea Express (a joint venture with China), her duties involved shipping, furniture manufacturing and water purification. Her most significant contribution was Vice Chairman of the joint venture with The Bank of China (their Bureau of Engraving)…as such, she was the first Non-Chinese to be a part of their bank. Previously licensed in Washington, D.C. as an agent with Washington Fine Properties, she now specializes in large parcels of prime country land, serving her buyer and seller clients in their real estate needs in Virginia with Armfield, Miller & Ripley Fine Properties. She is happy to assist her clients with rentals, cottages, manor homes and farms.
